Refund policy
- To begin a return, please email hello@taaley.com
- To qualify, item(s) must be returned within 14 days after delivery
- Item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed to the payment method you originally purchased with.
Sale Item Returns & Exchanges:

All sale items are final sale and non-refundable for change of mind, wrong selection, or if you simply change your mind after receiving your order.

If your sale item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

To report a fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@taaley.com, including clear photos/ video and your order number.
Damaged or Defective
We only replace items if they are proven defective or damaged within 10 days of the order delivery date. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with photos of the damage or defective item to hello@taaley.com for further assistance.
Please Note:

Items damaged as a result of misuse or neglect are not considered faulty under the ACL.

Taaley reserves the right to assess all returned items before processing a remedy.
